Juicing for healing

Updated: Apr 18, 2020

If you have never juiced you need to try it. Or at least go on fresh fruit and veggie smoothie diet if you cant. I highly recommend the film Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. After watching I was motivated to try and I had never felt so clean and young. It is difficult but if you can do it the pay of is amazing! Most problems in our body are caused by toxins and an imbalance in nutrition.

The first time I tried Juicing I did lots of apples and Ginger. I know you are not supposed to go with fruits and juicing all the time but I still had health benefits with a 50% fruit veggie mix. I noticed after the third day a major difference in the way I felt.

So what juicing does is breaks things down to be absorbed by your body rapidly. With a large amount of vital natural nutrients your body is being flooded with what you would normally eat in a few day as far as Fruits and vegetables go. If you need a good reset and detox I highly recommend a Juice diet to get your body back on track. It is important to choose organic always.

If we can go on a potent diet of what we are designed to consume you will be surprised what will correct it self. If you do some digging you will find a entire host of illnesses cured with good nutrition and detox alone. If your looking for a Juicer all below all have 4.5 star review in 2020. When purchasing a Juicer keep in mind you get what you pay for.
